Question: so before i had about 85+ hours of homework in the 1st few university semesters. had quit my job etc. i wondered why everything started going dull, why i couldn't get inspired, someone told me i was burnt out. now this semester is way easier, but i am still having a hard time. i dont get it. As of the last 2 years I've always tried to methodically keep writing and drawing in my life --- structure everything. I would sit there and worry about it all in the back of my mind even when i was procrastinating. Why can't i stop trying to control all this and let it slip between my fingers? i used to get soooo excited over everything. i know it sounds ridiculous but in my school they always tell you just live and breath your work if you want to be successful. so i do. how do i do that without going absurdly far? I want to take REAL breaks. Then work when intend to. I used to be really good (or at least really focused) worker but now its all upside down. i try to put in 100% but its like im spinning my wheels. what happened to me? x_x by the way i DO go out nearly every weekend. I don't know why i just feel better when im trying to work. i guess because i dont feel guilty. these days i just feel guilty going out. though i waste too much time at home too wtf.

Find something new that will renew your motivation for moving your life forward. Dont sweat the small stuff, find a hobby or an outlet for expression. Take up photography or painting, get a pet, go for jogs at midnight (it's a rush), be spontaenious. Break the monotony of your life, because life rewards action. If none of that works, see a psychologist, you may be developing depression

Microsoft Word may have thought you wanted to create a paragraph border, so it did so for you. In Word versions prior to Word 2007 1. On the menu bar, click the button that looks like this: ¶ 2. This will display dots where spaces were, and left-arrows where any tabs were. More importantly, it will display a paragraph mark (¶) at the end of every paragraph. 3. Select the one on the line you want to delete. 4. Click the Format->Borders and Shading menu item. 5. Click the box that says "None." 6. Click OK. In Word 2007 and 2010 1. On the Home tab of the Ribbon, click the ¶ button to display paragraph marks (¶s). 2. Select the paragraph mark above the line you want to delete. 3. In the Home/Paragraph section of the Ribbon, click the Borders and Shading list box button and select No Border. That should do it.

Put the cursor after the page break. Backspace. (You can only remove breaks you manually put in - the break you get because you would have run off the page is something you can't get rid of. Same with line breaks - you can't have a 10" long line on an 8" wide paper.)
