How does Herbalife work?

Question: My mom just started herbalife, and she introduced them to me. It seemed like a great idea and I started taking it like 3days ago. They suggested that we take the Aloe, than the tea, than the healthy shake then add the protein to that shake, like one after another as a morning routine. I don't know if maybe I'm taking this wrong. But I get major headaches after taking this, I don't know why. Does anyone know the plan or routine I should try following instead of the one they suggested? Maybe the amount I'm taking isn't correct. Anyone have any helpful hints or info? Thanks.

I take herbalife and I feel more energized and have lost couple of pound. I drink a shake for breakfast, and healthy snacks every 1-hours like nuts or fruits. I drink my tea and then another shake for lunch and a small salad a hour later after my lunch shake. I havent had any type of headaches or nothing that has concerned me (but remember everyone is different) Maybe you might be alergic at one of the ingredients. You should stop taking it and see if the headaches go away.

Look... there is no magic bullet for weight loss. Herbalife gets results by doing bad things to your body. Or at least that's what the scientific literature I've read says. Just sweat a little more and eat a little less and you'll lose weight. Stop using the stuff and if your headaches go away you have your answer. :)

Get off the scales! Since women, our weight can fluctuate in accordance with our menstrual cycle, water storage and meal times. So keep from standing on the scales all too often to avoid becoming obsessed as well as demotivated.
