I Need Help a little. I would Like if someone, to give me an Sample of a Letter, to get A title or Title Transfer for a Boat, from The Owner Of the Boat.
Which I purchase a Boat with No Paper from another person and Now to requested the Boat Under my Name I Need to contact The Owner from the Boat. But I need Help how to write a letter. If some can Help me out a Bit. I would appreciated it a lot. Thank You!

The First thing To do when Preparing Any correspondence is To make Sure Your caps Key is Working properly. nobody Will Take you Seriously if you Don't have Proper punctuation And Grammar.
As for A Letter, all You need is A piece Of Paper that Says "Boat X, model ###, registration ### has been sold from XXXXXX to XXXXXXX, as of date MM/DD/YYYY, and have both people sign it. Ideally, have A Notary to Confirm-stamp It.
