Question: I am currently living in Asia. For almost 24 years of living in this world, I’ve been a shy type of a person who isolates her self from other people. I never had the idea to build my confidence in interacting with many people. I got myself busy watching anime, listening Japanese, playing video games and even helping household didn’t occur me. My parents gave everything that I needed, and pampered me with everything. I, easily got angry when someone in my family wanted to me to do something. So, this is the reason I became so self centered. I graduated college, but I can’t move on due to the fact that I am afraid of changes. For this solely reason, I become more depressed as the day goes on, and I never thought it aggravate me to more loneliness. Now that I am married, I just realize that I am so lack of communication, and I am afraid that our marriage might end up to nothing. When someone is talking with each other, I can’t give my own opinion because I don’t have any experience about it. I even felt that sensitivity were even lost cause I don’t feel anything. When my office mates tell some of their life experiences they laugh freely, and as for me, there is no emotion. When I am with many people, I just keep myself quiet. I noticed this past few months, the only thing I know is ask a question, but giving out the info seems to be absorbed by my brain and I cant think of anything. My brain is starting deterorate..huhuI WANT TO BE HAPPY, I WANT TO HAVE FUN, I WANT TO BE A NORMAL PERSON, I WANT TO DO ALL THE NORMAL PEOPLE DO. I JUST WANT TO BE POSSESSED BY SOME GOOD SPIRIT THAT WILL HELP ME STRAIGTEN UP MY BRAIN…But its impossible.!! Anyone who has same situation here?

So happiness - isn't that the thing that all of us strive to find and keep? Nobody is happy all of the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others. So while the remainder of this article will help boost your happiness, only improving your attitude towards life will increase your happiness permanently. Here are some excellent starting points for doing that: Follow your gut. In one study, two groups of people were asked to pick out a poster to take home. One group was asked to analyze their decision carefully, weighing the pros and cons, and the other group was told to listen to their gut. Two weeks later, the group that followed their gut was happier with their posters than the group that analyzed their decisions. Now, some of our decisions are more crucial than picking out posters, but by the time you're poring over your choice, the options you're weighing are probably very similar, and the difference will only temporarily affect your happiness. So next time you have a decision to make, and you're down to two or three options, just pick the one that feels right, and go with it. Never regret the decisions you make though. Just live by the 3 C's of life: choices chances, and changes. You need to make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change. Stay close to friends and family. Or move to where other members are- so you can see them more. We live in a mobile society, where people follow jobs around the country and sometimes around the world. We do this because we think increases in salary will make us happier, but the fact is that our relationships with our friends and family have a far greater impact on our happiness than our jobs do. So next time you think about relocating, consider that you'd need a salary increase of over $100,000 USD to compensate for the loss of happiness you'd have from moving away from your friends and family. I am experiencing the same dilemma but some bible principles had helped me change my views in life and made me happier and contented even if there a lot of things lacking in my life. Jesus said seventy time seven a day we should forgive. I get messed with by the best in the real world but it is like falling of a bicycle you just get back on it and ride. Jesus said to be like the little children I see it in the way they offend each other and then forgive each other or fight and then be best friends. We can be as the children are and forgive if we make the decision to do so.
