Question: I used to go to the gym and work out for 1.5-2 hours daily; however, ever since I had a job, I've been getting really tired and lazy easily. What are some simple 30 minutes workouts at home?

Go YouTube fitness blender. They have TONS of great workout videos ranging from 5 minutes to over an hour.

So I do spiderman pushups(Hold one leg out while doing a pushup), Clapper pushups(Go down like a normal pushup, then push your self into the air), and normal pushups. Do these work my biceps and triceps good or just decently? They will mostly train your chest, or your arms depending on the speed and the form during the workout. The faster you do them, it is likely that they will only work out your arms, while leaving out your chest. So, this will mostly work your triceps, to answer your question. Plus I heard it hurts you to do pushups every day? True? Should I stop if i feel no pain or soreness the next day? Whether doing push ups every day or not just depends on what the person is aiming for. If they're aiming for muscle mass or strength, doing push ups every day will be bad, while if the person is looking for overall fitness, to stay active, then doing push ups every day may not hurt too bad. If you feel absolutely nothing the next day no matter how hard your workout felt, it's likely that you did not correctly target the muscle you were working on. Though, you should still give yourself few days of rest before doing them again, then again, this can depend on your goal. And finally what is a great way to work my biceps and triceps out at home no equipment. (I have a place at home i can do chin ups and pull ups <3) After your chin ups and pull ups, simply get a bag with weights inside(can be regular books or files), then use those as dumbbells and do concentration curls, bicep curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions, etc.

Adding weight always helped me gain muscle size more then repetitions from exercises. Exercises can be hard on joints and can become sore when trained to much. Some exercises for your arms to build bigger that I did before having any gym equip. like yourself was put my school back pack on with my books inside and some rocks then do push ups to add weight to the exercise. Also putting a back pack on doing chin ups is a great bicep workout. Chins better for biceps then pull ups which work the lats more. A great tricep workout you can try is getting between two chairs, tables, or saw horses and hold yourself up with your hands in between them and dip down and go back up. These are called dips and in my opinion the best tricep exercise you can do for size beside maybe close grip bench press.
